How VIBREX works:
- A thick-walled steel pipe is driven into the ground with a pile driver.
- Once the final depth has been reached, the reinforcement cage is inserted and concrete is poured.
- The pipe is pulled out of the ground by vibrating or hammering.
- The concrete emerges and forms the pile shaft.
- Once the concrete has hardened, the pile is load-bearing and can be shortened to the desired height.
