Steel pipe piles

Steel pipe piles: The solution for narrow or height-limited construction sites

Tubular steel piles are the perfect choice for foundations in confined spaces. The system impresses with its versatility, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.

Main features and advantages of tubular steel piles:

  • Ideal for the renovation or extension of buildings, systems, pipelines and much more.
  • Versatility: Can be used in different ground conditions and for different load requirements.
  • Small footprint: Perfect for tight construction sites.
  • Environmentally friendly: Minimal impact on the environment due to noise and excavation.
  • Immediate load-bearing capacity: The pile can be loaded immediately after installation.
  • Clean construction site: No drilling waste is produced, the construction site remains clean and can be driven on immediately.
  • Proven load-bearing capacity: Expert opinion from the engineering firm Prof. Dr.-Ing. H. Jagau + Partner in accordance with DIN 4026 and EN 12699

How steel pipe piles works:

  1. A closed steel pipe is driven into the ground.
  2. The pipes are inserted in sections and welded together.
  3. The steel pipe alone bears the loads.
  4. Optionally, the pile can be subsequently reinforced and concreted.
  5. The pile head can be omitted if the superstructure is welded directly to the pile.

Tubular steel piles - the solution to your foundation problems:

  • Tight spaces: Tubular steel piles are ideal for confined construction sites.
  • Fast construction times: Tubular steel piles can be installed relatively quickly and efficiently, reducing construction time.
  • Cost-effective: The system is an economical alternative to other foundation systems.
Rely on tubular steel piles and benefit from the numerous advantages of this innovative technology!
