PERMA bored pile: Vibration-free and low-noise foundation

The PERMA bored pile is an auger cast concrete pile that is characterized by its speed and cost-effectiveness. The system is ideal for smaller construction projects.

Main features and advantages of the PERMA bored pile:

  • Vibration-free and low-noise: Ideal for inner-city construction sites and sensitive environments.
  • Pile type with a shaft diameter of 40 cm
  • Load capacity: Up to 550 kN per pile.
  • The maximum pile length is 14.00 m.
  • Versatility: Can be used in building construction, residential construction and many other areas.
  • Fast and efficient construction: Short construction times and low costs compared to other foundation systems.
  • Quality assurance: Continuous monitoring of the concreting process and documentation for seamless quality assurance.

How the PERMA drill pile works:

  1. A hollow auger is turned into the ground using a rotary drive.
  2. After reaching the final depth, the concrete is pumped in with overpressure and simultaneous pulling of the auger.
  3. The drilled material is pulled out of the auger flights.
  4. The pile is brought directly to the desired height.
  5. Once the concrete has hardened, the pile can be loaded.

PERMA bored pile - the solution to your foundation problems:

  • Confined spaces: Thanks to its compact design, the system can be used even in the tightest of spaces.
  • Vibration-sensitive environments: The PERMA bored pile is ideal for inner-city construction sites, as it causes hardly any vibrations or noise.
